Sirinya, Thailand

Thai coffees have a special place in Climpson's folklore and this lot from Sirinya has easily been the most requested coffee we have offered in recent times. In the hills of Chiang Rai, ripe cherries ferment in coffee cherry juice before drying, resulting in intense tropical fruit and sweet marshmallow tasting notes. Working closely with our import friends at Indochina Coffee we are thrilled to see the return of this unique lot.
